GPS 3D Modular is a proven volumetric modular construction methodology that allows developers to achieve tighter controls on construction and development costs while controlling inventory shortfalls, improving quality, and minimizing project delivery time. HOW WE DO IT

How We Do It

Unlike other systems, GPS 3D Modular, with its own proprietary intellectual property, can create a fully integrated and seamless, ‘5 panels in 1’ concrete construction module. These modules are poured complete with window and door frames as well as electrical and plumbing conduits already inlaid. They also come ‘fair face’ finished, ready to receive paint. Insulation is always included, and modules can be adjusted for size and location of windows and doors. The result is a volumetric seamless module that contains the main components of a structure – the walls and ceiling or walls and floor. These monolithic 3D modules can then be arranged and stacked as rooms to produce a self supporting building structure, up to ten stories high. The amount of internal ‘fit out’ for kitchens and bathrooms, etc, is dependent on the client’s needs.

The GPS 3D Modular system is ideal for homes or building projects from high end apartments to low end villas. The system is also ideal for, hotels and motels, labour camps, housing units, aged-care villas and student accommodation. Furthermore, the system easily caters for site offices, industrial buildings, school and hospitals. All of these are constructed to the highest environmental specifications.
